Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

iQ Labs stands behind the laboratory products we manufacture. Our products are designed for demanding educational, research, healthcare, industrial, and government environments, and our team is committed to protecting your investment with clear warranty support and practical guidance throughout the claim process.

This limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, proper installation, appropriate environmental conditions, and maintenance consistent with iQ Labs instructions and accepted laboratory practices. Unless a quote, order acknowledgment, written project document, or signed agreement states otherwise, warranty coverage begins on the invoice date.

Warranty coverage may vary by product category, material, configuration, project requirements, or component type. If written order documentation states a different warranty term, that written documentation will control.

Warranty Claim Process

To help protect your warranty rights and resolve issues efficiently, please contact iQ Labs as soon as a potential defect is identified. Do not return any product or part without written authorization from iQ Labs.

·        Provide the order number, quote number, project name, or other identifying order information.

·        Identify the product SKU, model number, serial number, or product description when available.

·        Provide clear photos and a written description of the issue.

·        Include the delivery date, installation date, invoice information, and proof of purchase when available.

After review, iQ Labs may request additional photos, inspection, documentation, or return of the affected product or part. Warranty remedies are determined on a case-by-case basis. If a claim is approved, iQ Labs may, at its discretion, repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product, or provide another written remedy appropriate to the approved claim.

Labor, field service, travel, removal, and reinstallation are not automatically included with warranty coverage. These items are reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis, including projects in which iQ Labs provided direct installation.
